1. About these terms

This website is operated by All in One Mart, trade licence no. XXXXXXXX, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Minors may only use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
The information you give us must be accurate and up to date.
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity on your account.

3. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product images may be illustrative. Some products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. Where this applies, the estimated delivery time is shown on the product page.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

The order confirmation email confirms we've received your order. It isn't an acceptance. Your order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, if:

an item is out of stock or unavailable from our supplier;
there is a pricing or listing error;
we can't verify your delivery or payment details;
we suspect fraud or the order exceeds reasonable quantity limits.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, tabby and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Payments are made in AED.
Card refunds are made only to the card used for the original purchase.
Cardholders should keep a copy of their transaction records and of our store policies.
tabby purchases are also subject to tabby's own terms.
We don't trade with or provide services to countries sanctioned by the UAE or by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE at no extra fee. We may contact you to confirm your order before shipping. Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not carry change. If Cash on Delivery orders are refused without a valid reason, we may require advance payment for future orders.

8. Delivery and ownership

Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you once they're delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes once we've received full payment.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Warranties

Where a product includes a supplier or manufacturer warranty, it's shown on the product page and we'll help you make a claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks of products we sell belong to their respective owners.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website. This includes placing fraudulent orders, posting false reviews, interfering with the website's security or operation, or collecting data from it using automated tools.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This doesn't exclude any liability that can't be excluded by law.

14. Third-party services

Our website may link to or use services provided by third parties, such as payment providers, couriers and social media platforms. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. Before taking any formal action, please contact us. Most issues can be solved quickly.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
